Careersy AI referral terms

If you have an active paid Careersy AI subscription, you get 3 referral passes. Each pass gives one person a free month of Careersy AI Lite. If that person stays on and their first monthly payment goes through, we take A$25 off your next invoice.

Referral passes are available to customers with an active, paid monthly Careersy AI subscription. Complimentary and admin-granted accounts don't include passes.

You get 3 passes. They're issued once — the first time you open the referral section in your billing settings — and they expire 30 days after that. We don't replace them once they've expired. Each pass can be used once, and if you share your link with more people than you have passes, they're claimed first-come, first-served. Passes have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.

The person you refer must be new to paid Careersy AI — they can't have had a paid subscription with us before.

They'll need to enter payment details to redeem. They won't be charged for the first month. After that first free month, the subscription continues at A$25 per month unless they cancel before it renews. They can cancel any time from their billing settings.

We can't apply a pass if:

• the pass has expired or has already been used;
• the email address has held a paid Careersy AI subscription before;
• the payment card has already been used on a Careersy AI account;
• we've already applied a pass on that internet connection in the last 60 days; or
• we've reached the monthly limit on passes we can honour.

If we can't apply a pass, we'll tell you why at the time. Nothing is charged in that case.

Once the person you referred has been billed for their first paid month, we apply an A$25 credit to your account, which comes off your next invoice automatically. If your invoice is less than A$25, the remainder carries over to the following invoice. The credit:

• is applied once per successful referral, up to your 3 passes;
• has no cash value, can't be transferred, isn't refundable, and can't be paid out as money.

If the person you referred cancels before their first paid month is billed, no credit is issued. If their first payment is later refunded or disputed, we may reverse the credit.

Referral passes are for sharing with other people. They're not for creating extra accounts for yourself, and we don't apply them where it looks like that's what's happening. If we find a pass was claimed that way, we may end the free month, remove any credit issued, and stop issuing passes on the account.

We may change or end this program at any time. If we do, passes already issued and unexpired stay valid, and credits already applied to your account stay applied.

To check the conditions above we record a one-way, unreadable code derived from the internet connection and payment card used to redeem a pass. We can't recover the original details from these codes, and we use them only to apply these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information generally.
