Is this an ATS checker?
It contains one, and that is the smallest part of it. Readability is one mark out of five, worth 20 points. The other 80 are about whether your experience actually lands. A CV can pass the machine and still lose the reader.
Do I need to upload a file?

Do you keep my CV?
Not unless you claim your score. You score it anonymously, nothing is attached to you, and the scan is deleted within 24 hours.
Does it work for Australian and New Zealand CVs?
