Sixty minutes on one thing: your CV, LinkedIn, an interview, the search itself, or a negotiation. You leave with a written plan.
15-Minute Career Decision Review · Free · Google Meet
I'm Eli Gunduz. I've recruited for tech teams in Australia and New Zealand for 13 years, and I still do it every week. On a free 15-minute call we look at your applications, interviews or next move the way a recruiter would, and agree one sensible next step.
Free. Nothing to prepare, and no package to choose first.
Rather work on it yourself? Try Careersy AI. Sign-up is free, with 10 messages on us.
Pick the closest and you'll see what I'd check first. It's optional: you can book without choosing.
What I'd look at first
Every call starts from your situation, so treat this as a starting point, not an answer.
Prefer to start in Careersy AI? After you sign up, choose Job Search.
Fifteen minutes on Google Meet, in three parts. You don't need to know the cause before we start.
What you've tried, where things slow down, and any feedback you've had.
How your level, experience, constraints or interview answers may look from the recruiter's side.
One thing to change or test, and whether more help makes sense.
Fifteen minutes finds where to look. It won't fix everything, and you don't decide anything on the call.
The Careersy Method
We start with what you want, what you're good at and what needs to work in your life. Then we look at the hiring side: what the role needs, what your experience shows, and where someone might need more evidence.
That helps us work out what to change first.
Get clear on the work you want and how your experience fits. Look at your search, your applications and your interviews to find what isn't working yet.
Make your value clear, with evidence you can stand behind. That might mean choosing a better direction, strengthening your CV and LinkedIn, practising your interview answers or building a skill you need.
Pursue roles that fit, reach the right people and prepare for the conversations ahead. Then look at what happens and adjust. Each step should help you make a better decision about the next one.
Learn from what happens. Adjust your next move.
The same approach runs through Careersy Coaching and Careersy AI. Work with Eli personally, or use the platform to work through your direction, job search and AI skills at your own pace.
On the call we find where to look. In coaching we go line by line, like this comment on a CV.
Profile summary
This way we undersell what you have done. It's more than just established.
Here is an improved version:
Brought AI-assisted development into the company on my own, defining the spec-driven, test-first practice and agent tooling now used org-wide.
You see the difference?
“The 15-minute free session gave me the opportunity to speak with Eli, and I immediately found him to be genuine and approachable.”
“In our one-on-one sessions, he helped me recognise the value I bring and showed me why that value wasn’t coming through in my applications.”
Careersy Coaching clients, in their own words. Coaching results come from paid sessions, not from the 15-minute call. Individual experiences, not a guarantee.
Pick a time that suits you. The scheduler shows times in your own time zone, and you can change it there.
Opens the scheduler on this page, or open it in a new tab.
Careersy AI
Careersy AI is the job search and career platform built from the same recruiting practice. Give it your CV and the roles you want. It shows how your profile reads against live ads, finds roles that fit, prepares you for each interview round and helps you weigh an offer.
That's four of its thirteen modes. It also keeps your work in a Library and runs deeper research when you need it.
It's a platform you use yourself. A Careersy AI plan doesn't include time with me.
Opens sign-up. 10 free messages on us, no card.

“I could actually see my CV the way a recruiter sees it: what was landing, what was getting skipped over, and why.”
“Careersy AI understood who I was, what I did, and where I wanted to go. Constructive and clear direction, and a critical eye that I didn’t have before.”
Individual experiences. Outcomes depend on role, market, experience, constraints and execution.
You don't need to choose before we talk, and most people who book haven't. Coaching is time with me, a separate service from Careersy AI with its own pricing.

The short answers people ask for most.
You don't need to. Bring whatever isn't working in your search or career. The point of the call is to work out where the problem may sit before deciding what kind of help, if any, makes sense.
Tech professionals in Australia and New Zealand, and people moving into tech or into the market here. You can be applying, interviewing, weighing a senior or leadership move, or deciding what comes next. You don't need to be job hunting right now.
If I think coaching fits, I'll tell you why and what it costs. I may just as easily point you to Careersy AI, a free resource, or nothing further. You don't decide anything on the call.
Nothing is required. If you like, bring the one question you most want answered and have your CV or LinkedIn handy. The booking form asks a few short questions about your situation.
It's a Google Meet call. The link comes with your booking confirmation, along with options to reschedule or cancel if your plans change.
Yes, and it's one of the most common situations people bring. A career built in another market changes how you get screened here, usually in ways nobody explains. Bring where you're based and your work rights, and we'll look at how your experience reads to a hiring manager here.
I'm not a migration agent. For visa or work rights advice itself, speak to a registered migration agent or a qualified lawyer.
When you pick an option under "What's not working right now?", we count which one was chosen. If you open the scheduler here, we count that it opened and whether a booking was made, without your name, email or answers. Calendly handles the details you enter when booking. If you ask for the free guide, we use your name and email to send it and the emails it mentions. Read Careersy's privacy policy before sharing anything sensitive.
Bring the one question you most want answered. We'll start there.
Free, on Google Meet.
The guide is optional, and you don't need it to book. It's what 13 years on the hiring side has taught me: what happens to your CV before a person sees it, why equally qualified people get different outcomes, what has changed in the Australian and New Zealand market, and the messages I'd send to recruiters.
Learn why the job search feels so broken, and what you can do about it.
That didn't go through. Check your name and address, then try again.
I'll send the guide now, then one short email a day for six days. After that, The Debrief every other week. Unsubscribe any time.
