# Careersy AI

> An agentic job search and career platform for tech professionals in Australia and New Zealand, built from the recruiter side by Eli Gunduz, a principal ANZ tech recruiter (13 years, 26,000+ resumes read, 5,000+ interview hours). Agentic means it does the work, not only the talking: it reads a CV the way a recruiter does, finds live roles that fit, rewrites what is not landing, and carries what it learned into the next decision.

Careersy AI is a software product. It is distinct from Careersy Coaching, the in-person coaching service run by the same founder; no Careersy AI plan includes coaching time, and nothing carries across between the two.

What it does: thirteen coaching modes in one conversation (Coaching, Career Direction, AI Fluency, CV Enhancement, Role Discovery, ATS Score, Compensation & Negotiation, Draft Message, Create LinkedIn Post, Company Targeting, AI Discoverability, Job Search, Interview Preparation); a separate Deep Research toggle (a chaptered, cited report from the live web, 3 credits, saved to the Library, usable as context for 90 days or 30 for research about a person); three workspaces, CV Canvas (edit a CV line by line against a target role), LinkedIn Post Canvas (write posts grounded in a real career) and Guided Job Hunt (run a whole search as one pipeline with a coach naming the next move); a Library that keeps every report; and a free CV Score. It is built for the ANZ market: local salary bands, how a visa constraint changes a search, how recruiters here screen.

Four plans (Lite, Starter, Pro, Power) from AUD $25 a month with every coaching mode in all of them; plans differ by monthly credits (about 25, 60, 120, 240). Deep Reasoning, the deepest response setting (5 credits when it runs), is on the Power plan only. Every account starts with 3 free messages on us, once, no card.

The free CV Score reads a CV alone, no job ad: a score out of 100, a one-line verdict and five dimensions out of 20 (Scope and scale, Impact over activity, Numbers that mean something, Positioning clarity, Readability), free with no account. The breakdown of which lines lost the points needs a free account (email, no card). Matching a CV against one job ad is ATS Score, a separate mode.

## Key concepts
- AI Discoverability: how a profile reads to recruiters' AI search, checked against live ads for the target role. Returns a status per area (Needs work, Keyword thin, Strong, Proven, Cannot check from a profile) and rewrites, not a score. It cannot check whether a given recruiter's search, or an AI assistant, returns the person.
- CV Score versus ATS Score: CV Score reads the CV alone across five dimensions; ATS Score reads it against one job ad (score out of 100, verdict, six-part breakdown, missing keywords).

- Coaching: the default mode; bring whatever is going on and it asks for the evidence a recruiter would want before it says what it sees
- Career Direction: stay, leave, pivot or step up, weighed against your experience, constraints and the ANZ market
- AI Fluency: a coached read of where you sit with AI (Avoiding, Using, Checking, Owning) and a saved 30 and 90 day roadmap
- CV Enhancement: rewrites the lines a recruiter reads first, with you, in CV Canvas
- Role Discovery: two or three directions from your history, each badged strong or stretch, handing into Job Search
- ATS Score: your CV against one job description, with the missing keywords named
- Compensation & Negotiation: the local band for your level and city, and the sentence you send back
