Careersy AI started as something I built for my own coaching community. A tool called the Careersy Wingman, designed to give members access to recruiter-side knowledge between sessions. The response told me something I hadn't expected: people didn't just want answers. They wanted to feel like someone genuinely understood their situation.
So I built Careersy AI as the public version of that.
I've spent 13 years inside top recruitment agencies and internal talent acquisition teams, recruiting the top 1% of tech and AI talent across Australia and New Zealand, for companies including Atlassian, Macquarie, CBA, Westpac, Woolworths, Mantel Group, and Airwallex. I've written the job descriptions, filtered the applications, built the shortlists, and sat in the debriefs. Every stage of the recruitment life cycle, from the first brief with the hiring manager to the offer call.
Most candidates never hear the conversation that decides their fate. I've been in that room hundreds of times.
